THE EFFECT OF WORK ENVIRONMENT ON PERFORMANCE THROUGH JOB SATISFACTION

Human Resources is an important factor in organization or company. In order for management activities to run well, companies must have employees who are knowledgeable and highly skilled try manage the company as optimally possible so that employee performance can increase. This study aims find efforts improve out how much influence work environment has on through job satisfaction. research a quantitative research, survey approach using questionnaires with path analysis techniques, 55 respondents from production of PT Namura Tehnik Sejahtera. The results show direct positive effect performance, satisfaction employees, satisfaction, indirect this it was found intervening variable (job satisfaction) plays effective role mediator between performance.
